How the dashboard works inside your perimeter

A light setup: the dashboard is a single HTML file built by a small engine. The engine runs entirely inside your perimeter, on the coordinator’s laptop, a corporate server or your private cloud.

Start within days.At the first level the data source is an Excel workbook we ship with the dashboard. The methodology is already inside, so the coordinator starts on day one.
Integration level, when you need it.If the company has a data mart or source systems (BI, ERP, ITSM), the engine connects to them and collects the numbers automatically. We design the structure and mapping; your IT team makes the connection.
History and trends.On every rebuild the engine stores a dated snapshot in a light embedded database, so the dashboard shows the current state with its dynamics.
Support, optional.Run the dashboard on your own, or subscribe to the monthly service: we collect updates, rebuild and send a short commentary on what changed.

Will the data leave the company?

No. Everything runs on your side, so not a single number goes outside.

We have no data for a dashboard. Where do we start?

With the Excel workbook: the methodology inside tells you what to collect. If there is no baseline data at all, we gather it together in the Resilience audit and improvement programme.

Who will update the data?

Your coordinator, 1–2 hours a month following the guidance. Or subscribe to the monthly service and we handle it.

How long until the first dashboard?

Usually two weeks from the start: setup, form filling, the first build and a results review.

We already have BI reports. Why a separate dashboard?

The continuity metrics are already selected, defined and linked, so the coordinator fills the form from day one. The start needs no integrations, servers or procurement, every rebuild keeps a dated snapshot for trends, and scheduled updates keep the continuity system alive after the project.
